We believe that innovation is the key to education for the present and the future. HAFECS was born in South Kalimantan, after a 12-year process with an A-accredited Boarding School, called SMP-SMA Global Islamic Boarding School. HAFECS is an institution that is determined to encourage the transformation of Indonesian education by increasing the learning competence of teachers in a structured and measurable manner. The transformation is carried out by introducing various innovations in the field of teaching such as Teaching Mastery Framework (TMF), ABEC (Affection, Behavior, Engagement, Cognition) Assessment, Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) and Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) with Anderson-Krathwohl Taxonomy provided through various HAFECS programs.

Through the big vision of HAFECS, namely "Accelerating the transformation of Indonesian education through increasing teacher competency". This vision is achieved with three main points, namely helping teachers learn better, teaching better and encouraging teachers to innovate the curriculum. Through the development of HAFECS content which has high relevance to the development of education in Indonesia, it has helped teaching staff to learn better. Together with the Guruinovatif.id educational ecosystem, it completes the teachers learning process of teachers to become better and Effective. HAFECS developed 10 programs to accelerate and strengthen the process of educational transformation in this country through training programs and sessions held to date.

Currently, HAFECS has HAFECS Bulletin, CP TP ATP creation Generator, Books, Youtube and Instagram and other Product Knowledge. As an effort to achieve a big vision, HAFECS has also carried out various collaborations on a national and international scale in the field of education, district and provincial offices. From Education Development Partners, District Education and Culture Offices, State and Private Universities, District MKKS and Teacher Working Groups.

HAFECS has been trusted to be a Partner of the Ministry of Education and Culture as the implementer of the Mobilizing Organization Program which has been running since 2020 until the third intervention year in 2023. In 3 years HAFECS has targeted >600 teachers and school principals in 8 districts in the provinces of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan to facilitate teachers to learn and teaching better with the curriculum that HAFECS has developed. POP participants from HAFECS come from 3 levels, namely kindergarten/PAUD, elementary and middle school. Then he was selected to become a BPMP Development Partner (Education Quality Assurance Center) in South Kalimantan. Apart from that, YHC-HAFECS is also trusted as one of the internship partners in the education sector in the Independent Campus Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program.
