HAFECS have carried out various programs for teachers to accelerate the transformation of Indonesian education.

 

Overcoming Education Problems

    Education plays an important role in the progress of a country and affects various aspects of public life. The increasing demands of life and times make it increasingly important for the best education. In forming education that has succeeded in creating a great next generation and able to compete globally, various parties are needed, especialy teachers. An effective teachers could ascertain that the learning delivered will become more effective as well.

    According to research conducted by PISA (2015), Indonesia’s ranking in terms of literacy, mastery of mathematics and science is in the row of 62 out of a total of 70 registered countries. This fact must certainly be taken into consideration by every party so that Indonesia can catch up.

   Seeing this and the various problems that exist in the midst of education in Indonesia, HAFECS is here to encourage the transformation of education in Indonesia. With various programs initiated, HAFECS continues to collaborate with various parties so that of course this problem can be resolved before the loss of the demographic bonus moment that Indonesia is experiencing.

Impact of HAFECS Activities

The impact, passion and enthusiasm of the teachers and principals during the training. They discover things they have just encountered and need to create a fun prison and learning experience
The impact of students’ responses in the classroom from the teacher’s new methods they learned during training
There is a higher awareness among teachers and principals of their teaching methods so far; judging from the self-review conducted during the training.
There is an increase in the level of cognition of students when a teacher uses this teaching method in the classroom.
